In the Relationship Properties window, the entity pair is stated twice - once from each entity's point of view - in the pair of property groups.
Position the cursor in the upper Label field and enter
"operates".
Now we can read the first relationship direction as "Airline operates Flight", a classic predicate phrase definition of a relationship.
