Conceptual Relationship: 1-to-1 Physical Segment

Issues:

• Should one-to-one relationships allow mandatory on both ends (it is currently prohibited in PowerDesigner except for a work-around )? We suggest that this represents a physical segment design rather than a valid conceptual design.
