Issues
- Enforce each DBMS's column name constraints earlier on the PDM generation
to respect the current target. DB2 allows only 18 character names but Oracle
allows 32. If you set the CODE properties to allow a maximum length of
32 and then generate a DB2 PDM with a column name longer than 18 characters,
it is not discovered until table creation in DB2 takes place.
